Yes, but not right away. Soon after launch, members will be able to add their hi Debit Card to Samsung, Google and Apple Pay.
What do I do if my card is lost or stolen?
If your hi Debit Card is lost or stolen you should report it as soon as possible through the hi Mobile App. This is a simple process that will immediately freeze your card.
As soon as you've reported your card lost or stolen we'll ensure no transactions can be made to ensure your funds are completely secure.
Changing your PIN
Please visit any supported ATM to change your card pin.
In the future, you may be able to change the pin via the Mobile App.
How do I lock my Card?
If you've misplaced your card but think you may find it sometime soon, you will be able to lock your card via the hi Mobile App to ensure that nobody can misuse it and conduct fraudulent transactions in your name.
Will I be able to view my Card transactions?
You can view your Transaction History in the Card section in the hi Mobile App.
