In order to be able to utilize the Email log-in feature, you must first link your email to your hi Member account. To do so please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your Member account using any of the other available methods;

  2. Navigate to the "Settings" tab - the little cog icon on the bottom right if you are using the Mobile App, or in the tabs screen once you select the round "hi" button on the Web App;

  3. Click on the 2 Factor Authentication submenu;

  4. Click on the "Email Verification" option and follow the instructions.

Once you have verified your email address, you will be able to log in using the feature.

If you hare having issues with the KYC process, follow these tips to resolve them. After trying each one, please check if the issue is resolved. If not, proceed to the next step.

  1. Make sure your hi app is the latest version

  2. Try deleting browsing history + cache

  3. Change browser (optimally Google Chrome or Firefox in the latest version)

  4. Restart your mobile phone

  5. Don't forget to give permissions for the app to take pictures. (It's in your phone 'Settings')

  6. Disable VPN

  7. Go to incognito mode and try again

  8. Make sure you have a stable connection.

  9. Make sure your phone has enough memory
