Select IBAN

Select Activate

Select the desired currency for your personal IBAN

Input your credentials, some of these will be pre-filled if you have completed Identity Verification (KYC).

Use only Latin Characters

Your details will then be reviewed by our system, typically within a few hours.

While your details are under review, you will see a “Processing” message in the IBAN page.

If your activation hasn’t been approved within 14 business days, please use the "Live Chat" function within the hi app, and our team will help you as quickly as possible.

Once your details have been confirmed, you can navigate back to the IBAN page to see your IBAN

You now have your own personal IBAN to send and receive fiat currencies, just like a normal bank account.
