As of 8 October, in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) requirements, we have temporarily paused offering crypto services to our members in the UK. 

Cardholders that are UK residents can continue to use the Card only with Fiat i.e. EUR/GBP from their personal IBANs.

Residents of the United Kingdom will not be eligible to spend Crypto or receive Spend Rewards / Rebates.

Am I eligible to receive the Virtual Card?

Initially, the Card is available to members from countries in the EEA and UK. As a reminder, here's the full list of countries:

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Latvia, Lithuania, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden and United Kingdom

What will I be able to do with the Virtual Card?

  • View your Card details

  • Spend online

  • Manage / track transactions

  • Earn Spend Rewards

  • Get up to 100% rebate on lifestyle subscriptions

  • Redeem Travel Perks

  • Review and track your Rewards

How long does it take to verify my address?

Typically this takes 1-2 business days, though possibly much sooner. We'll notify you as soon as it's been activated. If it takes longer, please reach out to cards@hi.com

Why do you need my address for the Virtual Card?

Address and identity verification is a security requirement for the issuance of a Debit Mastercard.

Will I be able to have more than one virtual card?

Initially, members will only be able to order 1 virtual card, with a view to roll out additional cards at a later stage. The number of virtual cards per member is dependent on the membership tier.
