How can I spend using the Physical Card?

To make a purchase using your Debit Card, you will need to have funds in your IBAN account (either Euros or Pound Sterling) or hold crypto assets.

How can I withdraw cash using my Card?

Head to the closest ATM and use your card as you normally would.

How can I earn while spending using my physical card?

Every time you make a purchase with your Debit Card, you get money back in HI. Note that Spend Rewards will not be credited to your account until the transaction is settled.

What fees and limits do I need to be aware of?

Information about fees and limits (i.e. free ATM withdrawals, spending limits etc.) can be found in the ‘Fees & Limits’ section under ‘Settings’ in the hi App or here. Fees vary by membership tier, so be sure you’re checking the correct one.

How do I lock and unlock my Card?

If you choose to lock your Card, new charges to your card will be denied. To do this, simply click on the ‘Lock Card’ button within the Card Homepage in the App. You can unlock your card again at any time.

What do I do if I need a replacement for my hi Debit Card?

If your Debit Card is lost or stolen, damaged or doesn’t work, or you need a replacement for fraudulent reasons, you can order a replacement directly via the hi App.

Navigate to Card Settings and click on ‘Replace Card.’ To prevent fraudulent transactions, your current card will be terminated once you request a replacement.

How do I terminate my Physical Card?

In order to terminate your Card, navigate to the Card section within the App, go to Card Settings and under Security, tap on Terminate Card. If you would like to terminate your Card for whatever reason, please note that this action is non-reversible and your Card with that particular number will be permanently deactivated… and we’ll be sorry to see you go!
